‘Garden Orbs’

If you have ever considered installing a piece of Art Work into the garden to create an additional focus point, then these Glass Orbs could do just that.

Orbs in a Row.

The ‘Orbs’ are the result of cutting and arranging multiple pieces of hand cut glass, glass frit and powder, and then firing them to temperatures over 800 degrees centigrade. This produces a base piece of glass that can be added too in subsequent firings.

These Orbs have spent over 100 hours in the kiln before becoming the finished pieces shown on the site.

These ‘fused glass circles’ are normally placed on an iron stand, at a height of approximately a metre, but your display requirements may be very different.
